Orbits of planets in the solar system would normally widen ever so slightly over 100 years as the Sun loses mass from fusion reducing it’s gravitational pull. This apparently hasn't happened as the Earth hasn't become ever so slightly colder indicating the Sun and the planets are held together by an additional force further suggesting the Sun is not orbiting the center of the Milky Way, rather that the entire galaxy is rotating further indicating something must be driving the rotation.
