Under this hypothesis time is only another form of energy and as such is an element created within the force field in response to the movement of matter with or through the moving force field envelope surrounding and propelling each galaxy. We believe from sending atomic clocks into space and from accelerator experiments with nuMesons that time slows with increased velocity of matter, especially when nearing the speed of light. What is not known, under this hypothesis, is whether time exists outside of the confines of each galaxy and their force fields. Time that is, in relationship to matter only, as under this hypothesis, energy is unaffected by how fast or slow time is moving and travel, as in the case of electromagnetic energy, unfettered from one galaxy to the other. For an explanation on electromagnetic energy traveling through space/time see The Speed of Light. Therefore time affects matter differently than it affects its brother and sister forms of energy. Gravity is wholly unaffected, light and the electromagnetic spectrum and electricity only partially, and all the others such as sound*, magnetism, centrifugal force, acceleration force, action/reaction force appear to occur outside of time instantaneously or perhaps at the speed of light. * this describes only the reaction which causes the vibration of air or water.
